ABC India is hiring a Finance Head (Chartered Accountant) at their Kolhapur manufacturing facility. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Accounting, Finance, Costing, MIS, Compliance & Reporting functions - Manage Financial Statements, GST, Income Tax & Company Law compliances - Handle Internal/Statutory Audits and strengthen internal controls - Budgeting, Forecasting, Cost Control & Variance Analysis - Cash Flow, Working Capital & Fund Management - Drive ERP (SAP-FICO) and reporting automation initiatives - Support fundraising, investor relations & IPO readiness - Lead and mentor Finance & Accounts team Skills Required: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification mandatory - Manufacturing industry experience preferred - Strong knowledge of Taxation, Financial Reporting, Costing & Audits - Hands-on experience in SAP-FICO, Excel & Power BI - Excellent leadership, analytical and communication skills
