Plant Head (Machine Shop) needed to lead manufacturing operations at Precicast Alloys Pvt Ltd. Oversee machine shop operations, achieve production & quality targets, ensure on-time delivery, and lead teams. Duties: • Lead and manage machine shop operations with focus on safety, quality, productivity, and delivery • Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Six Sigma improvements • Achieve production, quality, delivery, and cost targets • Maximize machine utilization (OEE) and productivity • Ensure preventive maintenance and high uptime • Manage inventory, control costs, reduce wastage • Ensure safety and regulatory compliance • Develop and lead high-performance teams • Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and departments • Prepare MIS reports and present performance to management Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering; MBA (Operations) Preferred • 15-20 years in Manufacturing with 5-8 years as Plant Head or Senior Operations Leadership • Technical Skills: CNC, VMC, HMC, SPM, Conventional Machining, Lean/TPM/Kaizen/5S/Six Sigma, OEE, ERP/MRP Systems, GD&T, SPC, FMEA • Leadership Skills: Strategic Planning, Team Building, Decision Making, Problem Solving, Performance Management • Managerial Skills: Budgeting, Cost Control, Capacity Planning, Risk Management, Vendor Management
