HVAC Service Engineer needed for facility management services in Thane. Duties: • Installation, servicing & maintenance of HVAC systems • Troubleshooting and repair of Chillers, AHU, FCU, VRV/VRF, Split AC & Package Units • Refrigerant gas pressure checks & leak detection • Preventive maintenance & breakdown handling • Performance monitoring & energy efficiency checks • Service report preparation & maintenance logs • Client coordination & site handling • Ensuring safety standards during service activities Requirements: • 2-5 years experience in HVAC systems and maintenance • Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or HVAC-related field • HVAC troubleshooting & fault finding skills • Basic electrical & mechanical knowledge • Ability to read HVAC drawings & schematics • Good communication skills • Knowledge of BMS & automation systems • Customer support & service experience
