Key Responsibilities: - Planning and monitoring of Solid Municipal Waste Management (SWM) activities - Coordination with ULBs, stakeholders, and field teams - Supervision of waste collection, segregation, transportation, processing, and disposal - Implementation of waste processing, composting, recycling, and resource recovery initiatives - Data management, reporting, and compliance monitoring - Community awareness, training, and capacity building Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field - 1–3 years of experience in Solid Waste Management / Urban Development / Sanitation or related projects preferred - Knowledge of SWM Rules 2016 and related regulations is an added advantage - Strong communication, coordination, reporting, and computer skills Salary & Benefits: - ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications) Contact: - Email: csr@saiabhiyanta.com - Phone: +91 93736 35749
