Sales Manager needed for Arya Autowheels, Tata Motors Authorized Dealership in Akola. • कामाचे स्वरूप / Duties: Drive ILMCV (Intermediate & Medium Commercial Vehicle) retail & fleet sales targets for Akola territory. Lead, mentor & manage a team of 4-5 sales executives. Build relationships with transporters, fleet owners & key accounts. Execute dealer activations, test drive camps & customer engagement. Coordinate with financers, RTO, and body builders. Track competitor activity. • पात्रता / Requirements: Graduation (any stream) mandatory. Minimum 5 years sales experience (automotive preferred). B.Tech/MBA preferred. Prior experience in Automotive/Commercial Vehicle industry. Strong knowledge of ILMCV/Truck segment.
