Highly skilled and experienced professional needed. कामाचे स्वरूप / Duties: • CMM machine operation and maintenance • Ensure dimensional accuracy and support engineering/production • Create and optimize CMM programs (PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS) • Perform FAI, in-process, and final inspections • Interpret GD&T and engineering drawings • Analyze measurement data for part conformity • Resolve dimensional issues with cross-functional teams • Maintain CMM calibration and accuracy पात्रता / Requirements: • DME, BE, or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering • 3–6 years experience • Age: 25–30 years • Strong CMM programming/operation experience • Proficient in PC-DMIS, MCOSMOS • Solid knowledge of GD&T and metrology • Hands-on CMM programming experience is a definite advantage

Key Qualifications: • BE in Mechanical Engineering • Experience in designing pressure vessels, process columns, heat exchangers • Familiarity with international design codes: ASME, EN, PD-5500, TEMA • Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Compress, PV Elite, NozzlePRO • Knowledge of FEA and hands-on experience with ANSYS • Ability to manage multiple projects independently • Strong communication and cost-conscious approach • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities Key Responsibilities (18+ years experience): • Review strength and design-related calculations • Lead the static equipment design team • Design static equipment and pressure vessels using various software • Manage draftsmen team to prepare GA and detailed fabrication drawings • Coordinate drawing review and approvals from clients • Prepare project-related design documents • Support fabrication and pressure vessel design • Client and vendor visits as per work requirement Work Location: Baner, Pune
