Amhi Amchya Arogyasathi is hiring an Ashramshala Mobilizer to work with tribal Ashram Schools in Gondia and Gadchiroli districts. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct regular visits to assigned Ashram Schools and coordinate with Headmasters, teachers, and Child Protection (CP) focal persons • Support quarterly school needs assessments, develop school action plans, and ensure timely follow-up • Orient school stakeholders on Child-Friendly Ashramshala standards and support implementation of child-friendly practices • Facilitate monthly child group meetings and conduct sessions on child rights, health, hygiene, nutrition, WASH, safety, MHM, and mental wellbeing for students of Classes 5–12 • Identify, train, and mentor child facilitators to promote child participation • Facilitate bi-monthly meetings with SMCs and Village Level Child Protection Committees (VLCPCs) • Coordinate with government officials (PO, APO, etc.) and other stakeholders • Maintain MIS updates, prepare reports and documentation • Adhere to Safeguarding, PSEA, and POSH policies Salary & Benefits: • ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month Contact: • Email: career.arogyasathi@gmail.com • Mention preferred location in subject: e.g. Ashramshala Mobilizer_Deori • Website: arogyasathi.org
