कामाचे स्वरूप:
- दैनंदिन उत्पादन योजना राबवणे व उत्पादन लक्ष्य गाठणे
- SMT प्रक्रियांवर देखरेख: Solder Paste Printing, SPI, Pick & Place (Mounter), Reflow Oven, AOI, PCB Assembly
- Defects विश्लेषण व निराकरण: component misalignment, polarity errors, solder bridges, dry joints, tombstoning, missing components
- OEE, productivity, rejection, rework, machine utilization यांचे निरीक्षण
- Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S आणि cost-reduction उपक्रम राबवणे
- उत्पादन अहवाल, machine records, process documentation तयार करणे
- ESD, safety, quality आणि customer requirements यांचे पालन करणे
पात्रता:
- शैक्षणिक: Dip / B.E. / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics
- अनुभव: EMS/SMT manufacturing आणि PCB Assembly मध्ये 2–5 वर्षे
- आवश्यक ज्ञान: SMT Production & Process Control, PCB Assembly, SMT Machine Troubleshooting, BOM & Gerber File Understanding, MS Excel, ERP/SAP
