Senior Technician (COTEK) needed for Provincial Automobile service center. • Duties: Diagnose complex vehicle faults and provide technical solutions, guide and coach workshop technicians on advanced repair procedures, support technicians in resolving difficult technical issues, coordinate with Service Manager to improve workshop productivity and technical capability, stay updated with latest Mahindra technical bulletins and repair procedures, ensure first-time-right repairs and high customer satisfaction. • Requirements: Diploma or B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering (ITI with relevant experience may also be considered), 5-8 years experience in Automobile Dealership or Authorized Workshop. • Preferred: Experience as Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or Senior Technician. • Skills: Advanced vehicle diagnosis, Engine and mechanical systems expertise, Electrical and electronic diagnostics, Technical troubleshooting, Workshop operations, Team coaching and mentoring, Quality focus, Customer satisfaction. • Location: Hingna, Nagpur (Central MIDC Road) • Walk-in interview available.
