Sales Manager & Business Development position at Humaniquee (HVAC — Pumps, Valves, Air Purification, UVGI & Water Purification), Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B sales and develop new business for HVAC and environment-related products - Prospect and meet Architects, Builders, Hoteliers, Corporates, Hospital Consultants, Interior Designers, MEP Consultants, and Key Influencers - Generate new enquiries and leads; build long-term customer relationships - Set and communicate monthly targets for each product segment to the sales team - Plan sales events, visits, workshops within budget; provide inputs for demand planning & sales forecasting - Build MIS reports; monitor sales strategy & review performance - Maintain customer database; improve sales processes and competitor intelligence - Establish and monitor effective distributor channels for UVGI systems Qualifications & Requirements: - Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation) or MBA (Sales & Marketing) - 8–12 years of relevant B2B/HVAC sales experience - Good interpersonal and communication skills; analytical ability; MS Office proficiency - Must have own vehicle Employment: Permanent / Full Time Contact: Sidhant — hr@humaniquee.com
